“Food Junction Groceries located on Highway 62 in Yucca Valley will be offering free 24-pack water bottle cases to customers while supplies last.  Limit one case per customer.  Must be 18 or older.  Store hours 8am to 8pm.”

“The New-To-Me Thrift Store located on Highway 111 in Cathedral City will provide $25 in free clothing or household items to victims of the fire impacted areas.  To qualify, bring proof of residency and picture ID.  Store hours are 10am to 5pm.”

“Back Home Animal Rescue on Monroe Avenue in La Quinta is in desperate need of pet food donations.  Volunteers are also needed to man our phone bank as many animals have been displaced due to the earthquake.  Call 760.222.1234 to help.”

“Desert Hospital in Palm Springs requests all injured residents seeking medical care bring their personal medications and oxygen tanks with them to the hospital as supplies are low.  Also, all trained hospital volunteers, if able, are encouraged to report to their Supervisor during this disaster.”

“The Kids Club of Coachella has suspended all activities until further notice due to extensive disaster damage.  All facilities in all locations are closed.  No childcare services can be offered at this time.  Please stay safe.”
