General Contest Rules: Updated 8/15/2022

I am not affiliated with Copper Mountain Broadcasting, a participating merchant of this contest, another broadcasting company, their family, or assigns, nor has there been more than one (1) CMB contest winner in my household in the 30 days. Special event/concert winners can only win once per show, per event, per household. This includes select dated items but is not limited to concerts, Monster Jam, Disney on Ice, conventions, music festivals, and special holiday event with select dates.  I understand I may be subject to criminal prosecution and disqualification for violation of any of the above, as stated in CMB’s general contest rules, and/or the official rules for this particular contest. I absolve Copper Mountain Broadcasting of any and all liability related to the prizes (upon acceptance of this prize). Any persons found selling tickets will be prohibited from winning any future prizes from any of our stations. This includes selling tickets in person, 3rd party websites, and on personal or public social media sites. Tickets can be deactivated without notice and will not be replaced for any reason. For myself, my heirs, executor, administrator, and assigns, I hereby release and forever discharge CMB, and sponsors, from and against any/every claim demand, right or cause of action or whatever kind of nature arising in any way of my receipt, and/or exercise of the item described. In addition, I am aware that CMB will not be held responsible if any concerts, live shows, events, etc., get canceled. This station will not compensate me for the tickets that I have won.

For prizes being sent via US Postal Service: I have given CMB permission to mail my prize to the address given via standard United States Postal Service. I confirm that the above address is correct, and take full responsibility for any delivery delays, theft, lost mail, etc., Standard envelope only.
